1. What governs this privacy policy.

This privacy policy (hereinafter — Policy) applies to all information, including personal data in the understanding of the applicable law (the "Personal information"), which is about the "Consumer society" and/or its affiliates, including in a group with "the Consumer society" (hereinafter "Consumer") may obtain about You during Your use of any sites, programs, products and/or services of the regional Consumer Union (collectively, the "Services"), which You can find on the websites zakaz.market zakaz.store oblpotrebsouz.com, oblpotrebsouz.org, centrproduct.com, and the other belonging to "the Consumer" sites (collectively, the "Sites"), as well as during the execution of the regional Consumer Union and / or its affiliated entities of any agreements and contracts concluded with You in connection with Your use of the services. "Oblpotrebsoyuz" may also receive Personal information from its partners (hereinafter "Partners"), sites, programs, products or services which You are using (e.g., from advertisers, "Oblpotrebsoyuz"). In such cases, the transfer of Personal information is possible only in cases stipulated by applicable legislation, and is carried out on the basis of special agreements between the "Oblpotrebsoyuz" and each of the Partners. Please note that the use of any of the Sites and/or services may be governed by additional terms and conditions that can contribute to real Policy changes and/or additions.

2. Who handles information

3. What is the purpose of this Policy.

4. What Personal information do You collect "Oblpotrebsoyuz".

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" does not validate Your Personal information and can not judge about its reliability, and if you possess sufficient capacity to provide Your Personal information. However, "Consumer" assumes that You provide valid and sufficient Personal information and promptly updating it.

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" may collect the following categories of Personal information about You during Your use of the Sites and Services:

(i) Personal information provided by You when registering (creating an account) such as Your name, phone number, address and age, email;

(iii) the date and time you access the sites and/or services;

(iv) information about Your activity while using the sites and/or services (for example, a history of search queries; e-mail addresses of those with whom You correspond; the email content and attachments, and files stored in the system of the regional Consumer Union);

(v) information on the location;
(vi) other information about You that is necessary for processing in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the use of specific sites or services of the Consumer society;
(vii) information about You that we receive from our Partners in accordance with the terms of the agreements between You and the relevant Partner, and the agreements between the Consumer and Partner.

Also "Oblpotrebsoyuz" uses files cookies and web beacons (including pixel tags) to collect Personal information and associate this personal information with Your device and the web browser (see section 11 of this Policy).

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" does not intentionally collect sensitive Personal information (such as racial origin, political views, health information and biometric data). However, You can provide their "Consumer society", and in this case, the "Consumer Union" will handle them in the framework of the provision of the services to You (for example, if You specify search queries related to Your health). You must take into account that a "Consumer society" cannot request Your consent for such processing, since not aware in advance about the potentially sensitive nature of Personal information which You may provide to the "Consumer society".

The consumer does not collect the data in order to make a "portrait" of the user to the extent where it can significantly affect Your rights and freedom.

5. What is the legal basis and purpose of processing of Your Personal information.

"The consumer Union" is not entitled to process Your Personal information, without adequate legal grounds. Therefore, the "Consumer Union" handles Your Personal information only if:

(i) processing is necessary for compliance with Treaty obligations "Oblpotrebsoyuz" in front of You, including the provision of working Sites and Services (for example, providing the search results according to Your search queries);

(ii) processing is necessary for compliance with law obligations;

(iii) when provided by applicable law, processing is necessary to ensure legitimate interests "Oblpotrebsoyuz" if this treatment does not have a significant impact on your interests or Your fundamental rights and freedoms. Please note that when processing Your personal information on the basis of the "Consumer society" will always strive to maintain a balance between its legitimate interests and protect Your privacy.

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" treats Your Personal information to ensure their legitimate interests, for example, in the following cases:

(a) to better understand how You interact with our Websites and/or services;

(b) to improve, change, customize or otherwise improve the sites and services in the interests of all users;

(c) to offer You other products and services of the Consumer or other companies that we think may be of interest to You (i.e. to show You advertisements tailored to Your interests);

(iv) for specific purposes, we may request Your separate consent to processing of Your Personal information.

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" always process Your Personal information for specific purposes and only the Personal information that is relevant to achieving such goals. In particular, we process Your Personal information for the following purposes:

(i) providing You with access to Sites and/or services (including the provision of search results in response to Your search requests based on Your preferences, search history and other Personal information about You available "Oblpotrebsoyuz");

(ii) providing access to Your account, including your email Inbox "Oblpotrebsoyuz" and the repository files if You registered in the respective service;

6. As a "Consumer Union" protects Your Personal information.

In most cases, Personal information is processed automatically, without access to any of the employees of "Consumer society". If such access is needed, it can be provided only to those employees of the regional Consumer Union who need it to perform their tasks.

For protection and data privacy all employees must comply with internal rules and procedures concerning the processing of Personal information, must follow all technical and organizational security measures in force to protect Your Personal information.

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" also has implemented adequate technical and organisational measures to protect Personal information against unauthorised, accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure or access or other unlawful forms of processing.

These security measures were implemented taking into account the modern level of technology, cost of implementation, risks associated with the processing and nature of Personal information.

7. Who else has access to Your Personal information and with whom it may be transferred.

    7.1 within the Group "Oblpotrebsoyuz"

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" may transfer Your Personal information to its employees (within the limits specified in section 6 of this Policy). The consumer may also transfer Your Personal information to its affiliates, including other companies from the group of persons to which the Consumer belongs (the"Group Oblpotrebsoyuz"). In all cases, Personal information will also be processed only for the purposes set out in section 5 of this Policy, unless otherwise provided by the terms of use of the Sites and/or services provided by companies of the Group "Consumer society", including:

    7.2 Outside group "Oblpotrebsoyuz"

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" may also transfer Personal information to third parties outside the Group "Consumer society", to achieve the objectives specified in section 5 of this Policy. Such third parties may include:

(i) Partners, such as the owners of the sites and apps, ad networks and other partners, providing "Consumer" of services associated with the placement and display of advertisements on sites, programs, products or services that belong to these partners or controlled by them;

(ii) advertisers or other Partners that display You ads on Sites and/or services "Oblpotrebsoyuz" as well as such Partners as providers of information services or consultants.

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" may also transfer Personal information to third parties outside the Group "Oblpotrebsoyuz":

(i) to third parties in respect of which made the assignment of rights or duties, or innovation in the relevant agreement;

(ii) any national and/or international regulatory authority, law enforcement, Central or local Executive authorities, other official or the public authorities or courts, in respect of which the "Consumer society" are obliged to provide information in accordance with applicable law upon request;

(iii) third parties if You have expressed consent to share Your Personal information or transmitting Personal information needed to provide You proper Service or execution of a particular agreement or contract with You;

(iv) any third party in order to ensure legal protection "the Consumer Union" or a third party if You violate User agreement of the services "Oblpotrebsoyuz"(https://zakaz.market/.....legal/rules/), this Policy or the terms and conditions governing the use of certain services or in a situation when there is a threat of such violation.

8. Storing and processing Your Personal information.

Your Personal information will be held in the Russian Federation.

For Russian users: "Oblpotrebsoyuz" carries out recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction of personal data of Russian citizens using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
In particular, the "Consumer society" is based on the Standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection of Your Personal information transmitted to Russia. A copy of these Standard contract terms and conditions is available on request.

9. How long we store Your Personal information.

"Oblpotrebsoyuz" will store Your Personal information as much time as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legislation and regulations.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreement with You, emails and documents You store in the system of the regional Consumer Union as part of the Service will be stored as long as You have an account, but they can be deleted by You at any time.

If You want any of Your Personal information removed from databases, "Oblpotrebsoyuz", You can delete the required Personal information using Your account or through the interface of the Sites and/or Services (where applicable).

10. Your rights.

10.1 What rights You have:
If it is permitted by applicable law, You are entitled to access to Your Personal information handled by the Consumer Union in accordance with this Policy.

If You believe that any information that "Oblpotrebsoyuz" holds about You is incorrect or incomplete, You may log in to your account and amend Your Personal information.

If it is provided by applicable law, You have the right to:

- to request removal of Your Personal information;

- to demand restrictions on the processing of Your Personal information;

- to request a copy of Standard contract terms that allow the transfer of Your Personal information in Russia and referred to in section 8 of this Policy;

- to oppose the processing of Your Personal information, if provided by applicable law.

- "Oblpotrebsoyuz" will fulfill these requests in accordance with applicable law.

In the cases provided for by applicable law, You may also have other rights not listed above.

10.2 You may exercise your rights.

To exercise these rights, please log in to your account, and in the absence of special features in the interface contact with the Consumer (see section 13 of this Policy).

If You are not satisfied with the "Consumer society" treats Your Personal information, please let us know and we will consider Your claim. If You are not satisfied with the answer "Oblpotrebsoyuz" You have the right to complain to the competent authority.

11. How we use cookies and other similar technologies on the Websites or through Your use of the Services.

11.1 What is the file cookie and why to use them "Oblpotrebsoyuz":
