⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ IM 40 Submission of the customs declaration - Release of goods for domestic consumption

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 

1. The customs procedure for release for domestic consumption is a customs procedure applied to foreign goods, in accordance with which goods are and are used in the customs territory of the Union without restrictions on the possession, use and (or) disposal of them, stipulated by international treaties and acts in the field of customs regulation in respect of foreign goods, unless otherwise established by this Code.

2. Goods placed under the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption shall acquire the status of goods of the Union, with the exception of conditionally released goods referred to in paragraph 1 of Article 126 of this Code.
3. It is allowed to use the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption in relation to:
    1) goods that are products of processing of goods, to which the customs procedure of processing has been applied in the customs territory, and exported from the customs territory of the Union in accordance with the customs procedure for re-export;
    2) temporarily exported vehicles of international transport placed under the customs procedure for processing outside the customs territory in accordance with the first paragraph of clause 3 of Article 277 of this Code, to complete the customs procedure for processing outside the customs territory in accordance with Article 184 of this Code;
   3) temporarily exported vehicles of international transportation in the case provided for in the second paragraph of clause 3 of Article 277 of this Code.
