Accept and undertake to observe the Statute ON "the CONSUMER society", the decision of the General meeting of shareholders, Council and Board and be responsible in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter FOR "OBLPOTREBSOYUZ" and conclude with treaties, agreements, regulations and other documents.
On a monthly basis to pay membership fees in the amount of (one hundred) 100 in a month, a lump sum to pay the entry fee in the amount of (five hundred) 500 rubles, the share of contribution in accordance with the regulations of the mutual Fund, to participate actively in the work of the society.
I confirm that I have full legal capacity, the validity of my membership IN the "CONSUMER society" are voluntary and deliberate.
Application:
-the payment document on payment of the membership fee;
-payment document confirming the payment of the contribution;
-payment document confirming the payment of monthly membership fee.
