The rights of the shareholders ACCORDING to the CONSUMER Union

1. Shareholders of the consumer society have the right to:

to join the consumer society and out of it on a voluntary basis;

to participate in the activities of the consumer society, elect and be elected to management bodies and control authorities, to submit proposals on improvement of activity of consumer society, the elimination of shortcomings in the work of its bodies;

to cooperative payments in accordance with the decision of the General meeting of a consumer society;

to buy (get) in preference to other citizens of the goods (services) in trade organizations and consumer services of the consumer society, to carry out on the basis of contracts guaranteed sales products and products of personal part-time farms and fisheries through the organization of consumer society;

benefits provided to the shareholders in the General meeting of a consumer society. These benefits are provided through income derived from business activities of consumer society;

to take the consumer society as a matter of priority agricultural products and raw materials for processing, including tolling basis;

to be accepted as a matter of priority at work in consumer society in accordance with their qualifications and taking into account the needs of workers;

to get directions to study in educational organizations of consumer cooperation;

to use the social facilities on terms determined by the General meeting of a consumer society;

to receive information from management bodies and control bodies of the consumer society on their activities;

to appeal to the General meeting of a consumer society with complaints to wrongful actions of other governments and bodies of control consumer society;

to appeal in court the decisions of the management bodies of a consumer society that affect them.

2. The General meeting of a consumer society may establish other rights of shareholders that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
