1. A citizen or legal person wishing to become shareholders, submit to the Council of the consumer society a statement in writing of the acceptance in consumer society. The citizen's application should contain his name, surname, patronymic, date of birth and place of residence. In a statement, a legal entity shall state its name, location, state registration number of record about state registration of legal entities (primary state registration number), taxpayer identification number and Bank details. Citizens who do not have independent earnings, as well as receiving state benefits, pension or stipend, reported in a statement.
2. Application for membership in consumer society must be reviewed within 30 days by the Council of the consumer society. Entering is recognized by the shareholder in the case of a decision about its acceptance in a consumer society upon the payment of the entrance fee and share contribution or part thereof, established by the Charter of consumer society.
3. Persons adopted in a consumer society, and paid an entry fee and share, receive a document certifying their membership.
